The public contract involves repairs of the fencing, retaining wall and adjacent courtyard structures and historical buildings. The property is an “immovable cultural monument” registered under reg. No. ÚSKP 40964/1-1795, and therefore the work related to the repair of the retaining wall (stone wall, forged railing), fencing and façades of the courtyard structures is classified as restoration with the participation of restorers – holders of the relevant licence from the Ministry of Culture.
